The hotel door lock is strange, another room key can open my room door also
Beds were bad, aircon not working, reception unfriendly, mini bar not working, invoice incorrect, no tv remote, etc.
Unhelpful receptionist when wifi failed
It vas nice to stay at the hotel. And we could walk to all the attractions in Rome.
very good location, easy to reach, nice breakfast, helpful staff
The hotel is in perfect proximity to Termini train and bus station. It is two stops away from the Colloseum and many other sightseeing sights.
This was my third stay at the Europa. It is very convenient if one is flying out of Rome early. The foyer is elegant and welcoming for a hotel in the Termini area. Very convenient base for exploring Rome. We recommend it.
This was a very poorly managed hotel. As a business traveller Internet is a basic need , but the Hotel did not have access on any day. They kept on making excuses and on last day when I inststed the staff reluctantly gave me an access copoun , which in the end did not work. Room sizes were ok , but the materials , interiors etc are really not up to mark.
Location. Relation price/quality
Staff!! I had contact with 3 different persons of the reception, 2 of them were very unpleasant, the other one very kind.
i got to meet up with my family and it was close to the train station
the fridge didnt keep things cold...... the beds wernt very comfortable
Close to the citi center. Nice & friendly service.
Quality & Price - too expensive for such quality.
Quiet street (Via Varese) on the east side of Termini - the best part in that area if you want less noise and few dubious people. Good air conditioning, clean rooms and safe hotel. Nice hotel staff.
The Wi-Fi charge of 5 Euros per hour and 10 per day is not only expensive, it's greedy. The 4 stars boasted by this hotel are also unmerited.
Nothing. Everything was horrible.
First, i had problem with my bathroom, secondo, according to the site Booked.net this hotel was 4 stars and for me it was 2 stars. horrible room, a lot noises and brightness because in my room had not courtein.
-The room does not respond with the photos of the site -The room seemed to be given to the staff person
Location is very close to the main train station which gives you access to virtually the entire city (or other cities in Rome if that's part of your itinerary).
Service is a little slow and unhelpful. It took 30minutes to setup my wifi and even then it stopped working after an hour (I paid for a full day). In addition I was told that trains and buses were on strike... But they were not.
